Here at Kis we’re just two pals who love coffee. Having met over a brush of a hand and a few stolen glances, our future together was decided.
Our mission statement, if you want to call it that, is to share that love. Roasting top quality coffee that isn’t just for the coffee nerd but for your gran too. We believe that specialty coffee should be shared and accessible to everyone and we’re going to try our damndest to make it happen.
Mark Edwards
Founder & Roaster Extraordinaire
Introducing one massive roaster. Mark enjoys long walks, sunsets and hugs. All that aside he will be the one spearheading the coffee production for Kis coffee roasters.
Having spent the last decade in the coffee industry he has spent the last 5 of those years roasting coffee for Unorthodox Roasters. Having decided to take a leap and fly the nest, his mission is to deliver top quality coffee to everyone, not just the coffee nerds.
Graham Cameron
Founder & Branding
The man behind the branding...
A tattooist by day, Graham co-owns a private tattoo studio and is 1/3 of the team that brought the Dundee speciality coffee shop 'Höfn' to life.
Graham has an enormous passion for speciality coffee, and in fact first met Mark in just that setting back in 2018. That barista/customer banter quickly turned into a friendship and so after 7 years and a few tattoos later, the time felt right to forge ahead with a coffee brand.
Graham brings with him an eye for design and aesthetic, and purposely wants to push the boundaries of what great speciality coffee can be.
